A reminder that the first Friday of September, October, and November are early-outs for PLC's with teachers. Students will be dismissed at 1:00 pm today (Friday, September 6th). Buses will run at that time, as well. Thank you.

Girls JH golf is at Hazen Golf Course this morning for the Hazen JH/JV Meet.
Elementary girls basketball travels to New Salem for 5:30 and 6:30 games.
At home, our JH Volleyball hosts Wilton-Wing at 4:00 pm for a mixed JH match in the CSHS Gym. Also, HS Volleyball hosts Wilton-Wing with a 5:00 start for csquad followed by JV and Varsity in the CSHS Gym.
Reminder: Community Club donated for all students to get free admission .

Due to extreme Air Quality concerns combined with the physical workouts at practice, all after school practices have been canceled for concern of student health & well being. There will be no after school practices today - Wednesday, September 4th.
Elementary Power Hour starts today. Tuesday's (3rd Grade Classroom) Thursday's (4th Grade Classroom) 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm. If your child needs homework help or a skill retaught this is the perfect time to get that extra help. Please contact either Miss Frank or Mrs. Washburn if you would like your child to attend. PARENTS/GAURDIANS WILL NEED TO PICK THEM UP AT 4:45 PM.
Please remember to bring your Alive At 25 Form with students information tomorrow to school. This information sheet was handed out last week from the office and will be needed for this 8-12th grade event this Wednesday, Sept 4 at CSHS. Thanks.

A reminder with our first home events coming up, here are the admission rates for home high school /junior high contests:
Adult (18 years+) - $7.00
Student (K-12th) - $5.00
Season passes are as follows:
$125.00 - Adult (18 - 60 years)
$100.00 - Senior Citizen (60+ years)
$75.00 - Student (K-12th)
Payable at the start of the school season. Good for all season contests, excluding NDHSAA tournaments and playoffs.

A friendly reminder to please take care of your lunch balances. We ask that all balances including staff and students stay higher than $10.00.
Also, free & reduced meal applications are available in the offices and in the website if you are struggling with school lunch payments. Those who do not reapply, will switch back to full pay on September 15th. Don't wait - please complete the application and turn into the office. Thx.
Due to the home VB scrimmage event happening this Monday starting at 3:30 pm in the school and civic center, there will be NO after school practices for JH VB and ELEM GBB.
A REMINDER: HS FB, JH FB, ELEM GBB, HS VB, JH VB, XCOUNTRY, FFA OFFICERS, and GIRLS GOLF PICTURES WILL TAKE PLACE ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON IN THE CSHS GYM. Ordering information will be sent out via Destinee Photography to the contact information have in power school. Thanks.
K - 6th Grade Power Hour will start in September. Power Hour is available for ALL students to receive extra help with their homework or even a reteaching of a concept if needed. Power Hour will be Tuesdays (3rd Grade room) and Thursdays (4th Grade room)starting at 3:45 and going to 4:45 pm. Transportation after Power Hour will NOT be provided. Parents must pick up their children at the school.
Parents please contact Ms. Frank or Mrs. Washburn if you would like their assistance during Power Hour.

We are actively looking for a Fall One Act Play director. Season runs approximately September 15 to approximately November 15. This is the competition play and we will need to register very soon with NDHSAA. Please contact Mr. Peterson if interested. Thank you.
