  • Thanks to Mrs. Fideldy-Doll’s TREMENDOUS help for helping me write a grant this past month, Center-Stanton Public Schools has been awarded a Suicide Prevention and Training Grant from the North Dakota Department of Health’s Behavioral Health Division. 
  • The grant is for a total of $50,000. This grant will be used for training and prevention.  
  • We will be using this grant to obtain training and materials in grades 3-12 with the program Sources of Strength. This is a world-renown program that started right here in North Dakota. It is an upstream approach that connects students to a variety of resources.

  • There is a grant kick-off on April 8th that I will be attending.
