Welcome to April! This month we will be working on North Dakota State Assessments, scheduling for next fall, as well as spring sports, with Baseball, Softball, Elementary Volleyball, and Elementary Boys’ Basketball to name a few. We also have a number of competitions with State Science Olympiad, Regional Speech, Small Group Music Contest, and many more!

Regardless of the activity, it is necessary to get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, and work on strategies to help cope with stress such as deep breathing, muscle relaxation, and other ways to reduce anxiety in a healthy and positive way.

If you or someone you know is struggling please reach out. The state had a hotline by either dialing 211, or 701-235-7355. You can also text your zip code to 898211 for personalized assistance.

A youth line includes: Text ND4ME to 898211
