Here is the Spring Testing scheduling for 7-12 grade. If your student is going to be gone during the scheduled time please work the teacher directly to find an alternative time.
Student expectations:
All students must stay for at least 1 hour of the testing period. If the test requires additional time for students to finish, they will work with their teacher on how/when to finish the exam.
JH students will stay in their testing rooms the duration of the entire testing period.
9-12 grade students will have open campus all day.
If students do not have a test that day, they do not need to come into the building.
Students are not allowed to roam hallways or the school while testing is going. If a student is leaving campus, they are asked to do it quietly.
Students who choose to stay on campus will have access to a “study space” throughout the day in a designated room.
JH students may leave for the day after their last exam is taken. They must sign out from the office and have parent permission.
Students will have the opportunity to eat lunch from 11:50 - 12:30.
Buses will still run as normal - communicate bus needs with your driver.
School will dismiss at 12:30 on Wednesday May 20th.
All missing work must be turned in by Friday, May 8th 3:30 pm to receive credit.
If a student will be gone for a semester test they must make arrangements with their classroom teacher and fill out the alternate testing form. Forms must be turned in to Ms. Nitschke Friday May 8th. Forms can be found in the office
Students with over 10 unexcused absences must make up their classroom seat time before finals.
